SEAFARERS ( application forms, resumes, CV’s )

I have only recently obtained the documents which allow me to work at sea. But even though I don’t have much experience working in my position, I am convinced that I would be a valuable addition to the company. The reason I say this is - I am extremely motivated because I know exactly what I want. I want to reach the rank of chief engineer. And the starting point for me is gaining experience as a motorman. I am determined to do the best job possible as a member of your company. I sincerely believe that doing more than what I’m paid for is a sure path to success. This approach will make me the sort of an employee a company would have little sense letting go. I intend to carry out every order and request dutifully, even if it lies outside my line of duty. I am willing to take responsibility for the job performed. I will cause no issues with my superiors and other colleagues. I don’t drink or smoke. Although, I am a sociable person. Excellent knowledge of English is an advantage in that regard. There is another advantage I have over other candidates. I can’t drop a job unfinished – it makes me feel unfulfilled and downright irritated. So, whatever the job is – it will be done, even if my watch is over. I think there is something beautiful in maintaining an entire ship in working order. And I want to be a part of that.
